Site Manager- Stockport
We are currently working with a growing Contractor based in the North West who specialise in regeneration projects delivering new build developments for local communities. Having secured work for the next 3-5 years they have an immediate requirement for a Site Manager to join their team based in Manchester.
About the role of Site Manager:
Join a dedicated team in Manchester managing site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient and high-quality builds, while meeting production targets and budget requirements. Collaborate closely with the Sales department and customers to guarantee exceptional customer care and satisfaction throughout the construction process.
Responsibilities for the Site Manager:
- Supervise and coordinate site operations
- Ensure production targets are met within budget
- Maintain high-quality standards and customer satisfaction
- Lead, motivate, and develop site staff
Requirements for the Site Manager:
- Previous recent light weight steel frame project experience (full project completion)
- NVQ Level 6 in Site Management
- Temporary Works Coordinator
- SMSTS
- Basic Scaffold Inspection
- First Aid
What’s on offer for the Site Manager:
Up to £52k plus car allowance per annum
33 days annual leave including 8 bank holidays pro rata’d
5% pension contribution
