Job Description: D365 Senior Functional Consultant We're working with a global Microsoft Partner looking for a D365 Functional CE Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and digital transformation for various client operations. You will be responsible for analysing business requirements, and designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions that align with our strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their processes, pain points, and requirements. Document and analyse business requirements for D365 implementations. Design and configure D365 solutions to meet business needs, including modules such as Sales, Service, Marketing, and Field Service. Lead or contribute to D365 implementation projects, overseeing functional aspects. Configure D365 settings, workflows, and business rules. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for D365 environments. Troubleshoot issues and resolve problems efficiently. Identify opportunities for process improvement and leverage D365 to optimize workflows. Required Qualifications: 5+ Proven experience as a D365 Functional Consultant. Strong understanding of D365 CRM/CE modules, including Sales, Service, Marketing, and Field Service. Experience with business process analysis and requirements gathering. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. SC cleared or eligible to get security cleared for the UK is a must! Preferred Qualifications: Experience with D365 CE or CRM. Knowledge of industry-specific best practices. Certifications in D365 or related technologies.
