The Role The Account Manager will support recruitment service delivery across sites in Surrey and Kent. Supporting in the recruitment of the flexible workforce across our 4 client sites in these locations. The position encompasses a mixture of client management and recruitment, travel to sites will be required. Client Management Responsibilities: * Fully understand client needs and maintain compliance with KPIs and company policies. * Actively recruit candidates for specific sites. * Regularly review client satisfaction and internal reports. * Maintain records in line with legislative requirements and provide legislative updates. * Collaborate with service centres and managers to ensure strong support. * Conduct regular review meetings with clients and stakeholders. * Benchmark client expectations on salary, availability, and industry activity. Recruitment Responsibilities: * Conduct candidate interviews, testing, and selection to meet service standards. * Provide work inductions and manage personnel performance. * Ensure staff availability to cover all positions, managing sickness and holiday coverage. * Oversee recruitment activities and performance management.
