Smile Education are delighted to be working with a Secondary school near Edgbaston and supporting in them in their search for a new Physics Teacher to work on a long term full time basis from after October half-term. They have achieved building a fantastic reputation  by fostering a nurturing yet disciplined environment where well-being and safety is priority for their students to thrive. This role is available with an immediate start.  Requirements for this Science role in Birmingham:  Degree in Science related subject (QTS required) Experience in teaching Physics to KS3 and KS4 pupils Ability to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate and inspire studentsKey Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver an excellent standard of Physics lessons Maintain a good learning environment Instruct and monitor students in the use of learning materials and equipment.
