Junior Legal Counsel (1-5 PQE)

This international medical equipment and technology business are looking to recruit a Junior Legal Counsel to support their European business. Part of global team, you will report into the General Counsel, and have a broad ranging role.

Responsibilities will include:

• Commercial Contracts mainly focusing on EU contracts
• The negotiation and drafting of sales and service contracts
• Legal risk reviews, analysis and recommendations
• Providing legal support on employment and property matters
• Corporate Governance
• Supporting other areas of the business as required

Requirements for the role:

• 2i Law Degree
• Qualified from a highly regarded firm or in house team
• 1 to 5 years post qualified corporate/commercial experience
• Understanding of data privacy and corporate governance matters
• An interest in the Medical sector
• Attention to detail and organised
• Good integrity and commercial judgement.
• Project management skills
