Costing & Finance Analyst

We are now looking for a part time Head Office Costs Finance Analyst to join our team based for our Support Centre in London. The main purpose of a Head Office Costs Finance Analyst is to support our Finance team in providing a complete management accounting service to our Travel Support Centre budget holders & to ensure full support is given to the business in order to control central costs. Ensure accurate accruals and reporting for Head office costs, including salaries and all associated costs. Manage the budgeting and forecasting process for Head office costs, ensuring all budget holders are engaged with deadlines and requirements Administering staff costs, accruals and ensuring accuracy of costs posted, to provide detailed and accurate month end accounts. Answering queries and being pro-active in creating ad-hoc reports Liaise with line manager for the budgeting and forecast processes, incorporating requests and maintaining a clear audit trail of changes. Produce Head office costs budgets and forecasts that are timely and accurate.
