Litigation Solicitor Kent £60,000 - £70,000W/28547 Litigation Solicitor - This top tier Kent firm who are mentioned in Chambers and ranked by Legal 500 have asked us to find them a further litigation solicitor with expertise in landlord & tenant litigation to join their team at one of their Kent offices. About the Role You will be joining an experienced team where you will need to show a wealth of knowledge on all areas of property litigation. You will be acting for landlords in claims for possession of land and housing disrepair, landlord and tenant disputes, boundary disputes and trespass matters. Candidate Requirements They are interested in seeing the CV’s of Solicitors with the relevant experience and at least 5 years PQE+. You will need to be organised, able to use initiative and highly diligent with attention to detail.
