As a Senior Mental Health Nurse, you will:
Lead and manage all operations in the HUB, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
Oversee service contracts to ensure compliance and correct billing.
Utilise monitoring tools to enhance team performance and customer service.
Ensure adherence to clinical guidelines and HUB protocols.
Provide leadership and support for team members, handling complex calls and complaints.
Coordinate with stakeholders to streamline services and resolve issues.
Monitor and guide the application of the Mental Health Act 1983 and related legislation.Package and Benefits:

A valid NMC registration as a Mental Health Nurse.
At least 2 years of post-registration experience in mental health or a related healthcare sector.
Proven leadership experience in clinical practice or quality improvement.
Strong knowledge of the Mental Health Act 1983 and related legislation.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
