Residential Property/ Conveyancing Solicitor 3-5 years PQE (Solicitor or CILEX)

We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic team member to join our Conveyancing/ Residential Property team based in Reading.Reporting into the Residential Conveyancing Director you will be responsible for dealing with high value properties, high net worth individuals and their advisers.The candidate will be required to attend to the office approximately 2/3 days each week with the view to be flexible in order to meet business needs.ResponsibilitiesFee earning on residential transactionsBuilding new business relationships and promote both the team’s services and the firm’s broader legal services to developers, agents and others.Taking on circa 20 new matters a monthBeing proactive with client and agent regular case updatesMaximisation of the firm’s potential to cross-sell legal services by identifying appropriate opportunitiesSkillsIn excess of 3 years’ experience in residential and new homes work.
