They deal with a varied caseload, often acting for HNW individuals, company owners, and entrepreneurs. They handle matters including, but not limited to, wills and assets, tax planning, estates, trusts, LPAs, and probates.This role is well suited for an ambitious, driven, well-organised individual who is looking to develop their practice in a supportive and encouraging environment, leading an already strong and established team.This position offers excellent prospects for career growth and progression and would be an ideal opportunity for a Senior Associate who may have hit a glass ceiling at their current firm. Equity is on the cards for the right candidate.Requirements:You will be a Private Client Solicitor at Senior Associate or Partner LevelYou will be comfortable supervising junior fee-earners and delegating work to paralegals/legal secretariesYou will be keen to get involved with business development activities and assisting in the development of the departmentYou will be highly organised and confident in managing your own caseloadYou will be comfortable in managing/developing client relationships and enjoy working in a client-facing positionWith a collaborative culture running through the firm, the ability to work in a team is essentialSalary & Benefits:Salary is competitive, negotiable and dependent upon your level of experience.
