A leading UK Multi Service law firm are in the market to identify a top class Law Costs Advocate to join their long serving and reputable senior costs panel.

You’ll provide expert advice to Fee Earners on complex legal and cost disputes. Essential experience includes drafting key legal documents for cost litigation, such as points of dispute, skeleton arguments, witness statements, draft orders, and applications.

You’ll also handle budget negotiations, attend oral and detailed assessment hearings, CCMCs, and cost applications, requiring strong expertise in cost litigation.
