Production Operative

Production Operatives Required Ashbourne - DE6 Role and Key Responsibilities for our Production Operatives: Responsible for the manufacturing assets. Liaising with maintenance and assisting where needed. Inspect and carry out plant routines, ensuring they are regularly adhered to. Ensure the cleanliness of the plant mechanism, plant area, adjacent buildings, and equipment, regularly inspecting and cleaning them in accordance with site instructions. Minimum Requirements for our Production Operatives: Highly motivated General Operative with the drive and enthusiasm to work as part of a shift team. Excellent communication and team-working skills. Good organizational skills. Able to work on your own initiative. Ability to meet deadlines and problem-solve. Due to location, own transport is required. Pay Rate: Morning shift: £12.54 per hour Afternoon shift: £15.05 per hour Overtime: £18.81 per hour (paid after 38 hours) Morning Shift: Monday to Thursday: 06:15 - 15:00 Friday: 06:15 - 14:45 Paid breaks Afternoon Shift: Monday to Thursday: 14:45 - 00:30 2 of 3 breaks are paid In Return for Production Operative: On-site catering Paid breaks Free parking Free tea and coffee This job is commutable from the following areas: Ashbourne, Derby, Belper, Matlock, Buxton.
