New Build Residential Conveyancer - Up to £50,000 salary We are pleased to present this unique opportunity to join a leading regional law firm based in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. We are looking for an experienced personable and Confident New Build Residential Property Conveyancer/Solicitor to join our Birmingham team. You will be expected to lead, support, and oversee an established specialist New Build Team. The Role Managing a caseload of new build property matters from inception through to conclusion; including, sales and purchase, right to buy, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions Maintain efficient systems to diarise and ensure all deadlines are met Demonstrate excellent client care, apply technical knowledge and communicate complex legal matters in a commercially astute and understandable format Ability to build lasting working relationships with clients and house builder referrers Liaising directly with clients, estate agents and lenders Developing professional relationships, with both clients and other potential sources of work Generating a fee income in line with agreed targets Manage, supervise, train, and develop support staff Consistently play an active role in the team's business development activities and budgets with the aim of continuing the growth of New Build work The Candidate Previous experience working on New Build purchase and sales matters Hold a relevant qualification Have a commitment to providing an excellent standard of client care Be commercially astute, understand the importance of business targets and their impact to the practice Experience in assisting with or managing, supervising, training and developing support staff Thorough working knowledge of conveyancing practice and procedures Be organised, process driven and IT literate with experience using a case management system Credible past and consistent billing/financial performance The Benefits & How to Apply • Salary up to £50,000.00 depending on experience • 33 days annual leave • Generous company pension • Ongoing training and development • Health cash plan Apply in the strictest of confidence online and or via telephone – there is no need for a CV for an initial conversation.
