Leverage Finance Associate | This recognised US law firm is recruiting an experienced Leverage Finance Lawyer to join its leading international practice in London.
The team acts for financial institutions, funds, and major corporates on a broad range of transactions and is known for its solution-driven and commercially aware approach. The firm regularly act on transactions in the European, Asian, and U.S. markets.

Previous Experience: Experience in Leveraged Finance gained from a leading practice.
The Team
Recognised as a top-tier, this team pride themselves on having excellent working relationships with all key participants in the leveraged finance market and advise banks, private credit funds and other lenders, sponsors, borrowers and other corporate entities on all aspects of financing transactions – from origination, negotiation and documentation to closing
You will need deep-rooted knowledge and expertise in the leveraged finance market to be able to deliver an outstanding service and innovative financing solutions to an array of clients.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Experience acting on private credit and/or syndicated financings
- Familiarity with debt financing in the context of competitive auction processes
- Exposure to a wide range of finance products including, Term Loan B, Unitranche and/or Bank/Bond Structures
