Stock Condition Surveyor - Hackney

TSA Surveying are working in partnership with a leading Property Surveying Consultancy and are looking to appoint Stock Condition Surveyor on a 12 MONTH ROLLING CONTRACT in East London, Hackney starting ASAP All surveys are carried out on a tablet device using asset management software. Outside IR35 role. Paid Per Survey - Houses, Flats and Blocks - Good Rates (can be discussed via phone call). Over 2500 properties to be surveyed. Properties located in/around Hackney. Letter dropping every 2/3 weeks, Calling Cards ,Large Property lists provided, with ID Badges and Letter of Authority for odd door knocking properties. Booked appointments Equipment and software proficiency - ability to use specialised tools and software for data collection. Full training provided. Using tablets to record the condition of social housing properties, remaining lifespan of components such as kitchens and bathrooms will be recorded along with the condition of the properties' exterior.
