An experienced Learning & Development partner required from a Financial Services background. The successful Learning & Development partner will also have experience of line management as will have reports. Ensure material is regularly updated, considering the best method of delivery Manage and oversee all talent development programmes Bank wide including Ignite, Developing the people and working with the head of L&D on upcoming programmes.
