I am looking for chef de partie to join a busy day time only restaurant serving all fresh home baked/made menus near Bedford. A massive bonus is that you will work straight day time shifts only - no evenings ever! IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT YOU HAVE YOUR OWN TRANSPORT FOR THIS POSITION. RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare and cook the all fresh regularly changing company menu Work alongside and support the senior chefs - run shifts Maintain high standards Help to order stock and control wastage Work closely with the FOH team KEY EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES Experience as a chef de partie in busy restaurants, pubs, hotels, contract catering operations etc A hands-on approach Passion for cooking with fresh produce A positive and outgoing personality and outlook This is a great opportunity to join a genuinely lovely company and to have a great work life balance.
