Stores Operative

Are you an experienced Stores Operative with expertise in inventory management and production support? If so, we want to hear from you.   This is your chance to join a dynamic manufacturing team, contributing directly to the success and growth of innovative projects in the automotive industry.   As a Stores Operative, you will work closely with all areas of the business, including engineering, purchasing, accounts, and manufacturing across our sites in the UK and Europe.   Your responsibilities as a Stores Operative: Receive and process Goods In, ensuring accurate documentation and storage. Organise and control components and finished products in stores. Kit parts for production according to Bills of Materials (BOM). Prepare and package goods for despatch, managing Goods Out processing. Manage stock levels to support efficient production. Collaborate closely with purchasing to resolve parts issues or shortages.   Your current experience which will help you as a Stores Operative: 2+ years of experience in stores work within a similar environment. Proficient in using ERP/MRP systems. Skilled in Goods In and Goods Out processing. Experience in kitting and picking parts against a BOM. Background in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Proficient in MS Excel and competent in using the Office 365 suite.   What you can expect as a Stores Operative: Competitive salary, dependent on experience. On-site in Northampton. Company pension.
