Commercial Property Solicitor

We are working with a Local Authority in the North West who are looking for an experienced locum commercial property lawyer to join their team! Candidates will be expected to meet the Council's hybrid working policy and attend the office once per week, Day to day work will cover landlord and tenant, commercial leases and CPOs. The role: Full-time 6 month initial contract, with the option to roll-over Weekly office attendance Rate: £55-60ph depending on candidate experience Must have prior and extensive local authority experience.
