As Accounts Assistant you will provide support and assist with the day-to-day financial activities, with the chance to progress and increase responsibilities within the role. The company also offers AAT study support. Key Responsibilities and Duties: Accounts Payable – invoicing and payments Accounts Receivable – invoicing and credit control Resolving stakeholder queries Bank reconciliations Processing expenses Assisting with cashflow forecasting Production of weekly reports to management Assisting with the production of management accounts Process improvement within AP and AR Assisting with ad-hoc duties Required Skills and Experience: At least one years’ experience within a similar finance position Studying or have the desire to study AAT Enthusiastic team player with a positive, hardworking approach Excellent attention to detail Well organised and self-motivated Excellent written and verbal communication skills Adaptable and flexible nature Benefits Include: Starting salary up to £28,000 DOE AAT Study Support Hybrid and Flexible Working 25 Days plus Bank Holidays plus an additional day service for year Birthday day off Fantastic progression opportunities Company Pension Free Parking On-site gym “Our local Lancashire Axon Moore team recruit all accounting and finance roles from CFO to transactional finance on both a temporary and permanent basis.
