Trilingual Customer Service Representative

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end order processing and responding to customer enquiries via phone and email. Your responsibilities will include: Managing customer orders: processing sales orders and handling invoices Proactively dealing with any returns, delivery and order issues Being the first point of contact for customer order queries, answering calls and emails in a timely and professional manner Ensuring all client account records are kept up to date Working alongside the sales team and other departments where requiredAbout you: The ideal candidate will be confident with strong language skills and will possess outstanding communication skills, as you will be communicating with various clients and departments within the company.
