We are currently partnering with an esteemed national investment management company to recruit an experienced Investment Administrator or IFA Administrator with expert-level knowledge of the IRESS Xplan CRM system to join their team in London.Key Responsibilities:Manage and lead a team to ensure efficient trade and onboarding implementation, always prioritizing client outcomes.Oversee and optimize administrative processes, including client onboarding, transfers, asset investment, and portfolio rebalancing.Develop and implement process improvements, leveraging innovative software solutions and enhancements to existing systems.Lead projects related to Xplan CRM, enhancing business processes across client reporting, management information (MI) reporting, and portfolio rebalancing.Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure adherence to FCA regulations, including Consumer Duty procedures.Work with external providers and contractors to ensure business requirements are met.Provide technical support and ongoing enhancements to the Xplan system with minimal external assistance.Key Requirements:Proficiency with IRESS Xplan CRM software with significant experience in process improvement and system optimization.Experience in managing teams and coordinating client onboarding and administrative functions.Strong knowledge of investment operations, including model portfolio updates, rebalancing, and reporting.Solid understanding of FCA regulatory requirements and Consumer Duty standards.Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.Proven experience in project management and delivering system enhancements.Experience:3+ years of experience in a similar role within financial services, including technical analysis and investment portfolio management.Proven track record in working with Xplan CRM software and leading related system implementations and enhancements.On Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package, with the banding from £40,000 to £50,000 depending on experience.A collaborative and dynamic working environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.For the opportunity to leverage your skillset at a highly-respected firm that prides itself on delivering exceptional client service and continuous improvement, please submit an application.
