Paid Media Manager Fashion £55,000-£65,000 + package London - 3 days in the office, 2 from home I am currently working with a fast-growing, independent UK fashion brand specialising in alternative, subculture-led fashion. Due to growth, they are looking for a paid media manager to join the team. The Paid Media Manager will look after the day-to-day running of our Paid accounts, primarily across Meta & Google, Tik Tok and other smaller channels. You will be responsible for managing the market spend to drive traffic to the website to help hit our overall sales forecasts, as well as managing spend to a marketing % of sales performance target. Creating new focused campaigns across social to drive new & repeat traffic to the website to hit business performance targets. A/B testing of campaigns to drive efficient growth in both traffic and ROAS Grow our brands visibility internationally via expanding our campaign structure in Europe and beyond in line with business growth targets Work closely with the tech and e-Commerce teams to drive feed optimisation throughout our product catalogues to increase visibility paid social campaigns. Optimise our daily search spend against a performance-based budget to ensure profitability targets are achieved. Weekly and Monthly reporting on performance to key stakeholders across the business. Working with in-house creative and content teams to create leading ad copy across search. Keep up to date with ongoing changes and industry changes. Ideal Experience: A minimum 4 years’ experience in managing Social and Search campaigns in-house or agency based. Deep understanding of paid platforms like Meta, Tik-Tok, Google Ads and Bing Ads In-house experience of D2C e-Commerce desired but not required. Proactive, resilient and an excellent communicator. Strong decision making and time management skills to prioritise personal workload and that of the team.
