Job Title: Warehouse Team LeaderLocation: Severn Beach, BristolSalary: £31,500 + Shift PayShifts: 06:00-14:30 & 10:30-19:00 (Split between earlies and lates)About the Company: We are now looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to oversee our warehouse operations and ensure smooth, efficient workflows.About the Role: You will lead and motivate a team, manage inventory, and ensure health and safety standards are met.Responsibilities:Lead warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch.Coordinate team schedules to meet operational targets.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.Operate and manage forklift and warehouse equipment.Qualifications:MUST have: A full 5-year clean work history and DBS check.Counterbalance forklift licence (refreshed within the last 2 years).Required Skills: Strong leadership, communication skills, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.Preferred Skills: Reach truck licence and X-ray operator experience (training available).
