**Key Responsibilities:**
* Recommend suitable mortgage products from across the market * Meet and exceed performance targets * Nurture client relationships and generate repeat business * Ensure FCA compliance and maintain accurate documentation
**Requirements:**
*YOU MUST HOLD CEMAP QUALIFICATION *Be hungry for business * Driven, motivated by success and results * Ambitious and self-motivated *Resilient, detail oriented and determined *Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
