Assistant Restaurant Manager Were looking for an experienced and passionate Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead and inspire our team, run a seamless service and create magical moments for our guests. Your responsibilities as Assistant Restaurant Manager will include: Assisting the General Manager and Restaurant Manager Overseeing daily operations and ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests you will be very floor-focused and be an ambassador for genuine hospitality Creating and maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests Onboarding and development of junior FOH team members, inspiring them to reach the high standards of service and hospitality levels we aim to provide Following our procedures and processes and making suggestions for improving these further Experience of GPs and stock control is a plus and a passion for food and beverage is a must. You will need to demonstrate exceptional guest service skills and a passion for delivering outstanding dining experience. You should also have strong organisational abilities, attention to detail and an understanding of what it takes to create some of the best restaurant's experience in London.
