Senior Sourcer/Resourcer Raw Selection is an executive search firm, one of only two in Leeds. We operate exclusively with Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies across Europe and North America. We partner with our clients to secure investment and back-office professionals, then our portfolio division introduces the CEO, CFO and COO profiles into the companies they acquire. Every position at Raw Selection is essential and we value our sourcing team as much as our business development and client managers. You will be following our recently upgraded 16-step process which is proven to identify candidates for even the most difficult of searches. You will be completing research on client competitors, presenting roles to candidates, interviewing candidates then submitting them to a colleague to share with the client. * Working on searches for private equity firms identifying merger and acquisitions, portfolio leaders and financial back office professionals (No experience here required we provide full training) * Average salaries worked on will be from $150,000 to $500,000 What you’ll get from us We know that people are our greatest asset.
