Manufacturing Engineer

Position: Manufacturing Engineer Location: Dungannon Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum Exciting Opportunity: Manufacturing Engineer in Dungannon! About Our Client: Our client, a leading manufacturing company based in Dungannon, is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join their dynamic team. This role involves optimizing manufacturing processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring the highest quality standards in production. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure the manufacturability of new products. Analyze production data to identify areas for process improvement. Implement lean manufacturing principles to streamline operations and improve productivity. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to manufacturing processes, equipment, and materials. Conduct time and motion studies to optimize workflow and labor utilization. Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in an industrial or manufacturing setting. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and continuous improvement methodologies. Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
