This role focuses on patching the Windows and RHEL servers by implementing and managing the JetPatch patching solution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a comprehensive patching infrastructure utilizing JetPatch, WSUS, and repository servers
• Lead the deployment and configuration of the JetPatch platform and related components
• Manage and execute patching operations for Windows and RHEL servers
• Analyze and implement High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), and build designs for the JetPatch product
• Proactively identify, test, and resolve patching issues to ensure system stability
• Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation
• Collaborate effectively with architecture, technical, network, and security teams

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge of the JetPatch product and its applications
• Proficiency in Windows and RHEL operating systems
• In-depth understanding of Microsoft and RHEL patching procedures
• Strong grasp of OS procedures, networking principles, and security best practices
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Superior documentation and technical writing skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration
