Head of Design £40,000 - £50,000 DOE Permanent Nottinghamshire/Derbyshire - Remote Full Time Monday - Friday Harper Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a successful and thriving creative brand agency who have a unique opportunity for an experienced Head of Design to join their team. The role will combine creating original and exciting brand concepts for their exclusive client base and leading a well established and accomplished small team of creatives. What will the role involve? Leading and mentoring a small team, providing guidance and support through an insprioational leadership style Leading live branding projects and realising an exceptionally high standard of delivery Meet with clients predominantly online with occasional in person meetings to discuss briefs and onboard projects Occasionally travel to meet with the wider team to pool and share creative ideas Produce marketing material including brand identities, social media collateral, display material, animations and infographicsWho are we looking for? Previous experience as a Head of Design, Creative Director or similar essential Clear and concise communicaton skills Ability for occassional travel to clients sites - accross the UK Comfortable with remote working A creative and questioning approach Adobe suite expert - Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, InDesign Commerically astuteWhat's in it for you?
