Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor - Up to £60K DOE - Permeant Role Description This is a Permanent Quantity Surveyor position for a main contractor with projects predominately in South London, Kent & Surrey on projects valued between £3 - £60m. You will be based at their Woolwich office with 2-3 days on site. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for tasks such as cost control, BOQ, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting on a day-to-day basis. Experience and Skills Must have main constructing experience with RC framed building Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Reporting skills BOQ and Cost Planning experience Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Effective communication and interpersonal abilities Relevant Quantity Surveying qualifications
