Job Title: Telecoms Billing Manager (Zoey Platform Specialist)Location: ManchesterSalary: Up to £42,000 per annum, based on experienceHybrid Working: 3 Days in the OfficeJob Summary:Are you an expert in telecom billing with a specialization in the Zoey platform? We are looking for a highly skilled Telecoms Billing Manager to lead our billing operations and optimize our use of the Zoey billing system. In this role, you will ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our telecom billing processes while maintaining compliance with industry standards.Key Responsibilities: - Billing Operations Management - Oversee the end-to-end telecom billing process using the Zoey platform. - Ensure the timely and accurate generation of invoices for all telecom services. - Monitor customer usage and manage alerting procedures. - Handle CDR imports for all billing suppliers. - Serve as the subject matter expert on the Zoey billing platform. - Configure and maintain the Zoey system to meet business requirements. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the Zoey platform.-Data Analysis and Reporting: - Analyse billing data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement. - Report on cost control and optimization of billing processes. - Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for management and stakeholders.Customer Support - Address and resolve customer billing inquiries and disputes promptly. - Collaborate with customer service and sales teams to ensure a seamless billing experience. - Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.Compliance and Audit - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. - Prepare for and participate in internal and external audits. - Implement and maintain billing controls to prevent errors and fraud.Team Leadership - Lead and mentor a team of billing specialists. - Provide training and support to team members on the Zoey platform and billing processes. - Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.Experience - Minimum of 12 months of experience in telecom billing management. - Proven expertise in using the Zoey billing platform. - Experience in managing billing operations and leading a team.Benefits- Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.- Comprehensive health and wellness benefits.- Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.- Flexible working hours and remote work options.- Sociable team environment.
