About the Role: Are you looking for a part-time role where your expertise in payroll and benefits can make a real impact? As a Payroll and Benefits Partner, where your keen eye for detail, analytical skills, and passion for process improvement will be highly valued. In this role, you'll manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensure compliance with legal requirements, and enhance our employee benefits programs. With flexible working hours (25 hours per week). What You'll Bring: Strong knowledge of payroll management and processing, ideally backed by a CIPP qualification. Your expertise will be instrumental as we refine our HR processes and navigate change management initiatives. Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and proficiency with payroll software and HRIS systems. Experience with process improvement methodologies will help us drive continuous progress. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure effective collaboration across HR and business unit teams. A people-first approach, high levels of empathy, adaptability, and a focus on continuous improvement will be key to success in this role. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees, ensuring full compliance with tax regulations, employment laws, and company policies. Maintain accurate payroll records, adhere to data privacy regulations, and provide regular reports and insights to internal stakeholders. Identify and implement opportunities to streamline payroll and HR processes, using technology to enhance efficiency and improve the employee experience. Partner with HR, Finance, and IT departments to ensure smooth integration of payroll processes with overall business operations. Manage company-wide benefits programs, stay current with legislative changes, and actively contribute to the employee benefits project team. Why Join?
