We are a team of 20 strong people including a Franchise Director, Operations Manager, Business Development manager, and Sales Support individuals for both the Life and Health sides of the business. Role Description This is a full-time home based role for a BDM (Business Consultant B.C) at Vitality. The role requires an ability to easily commute in and around the midlands (mainly Birmingham and Gloucestershire) for F2F development meetings with firms and advisers, alongside a confidence to be able to manage virtual interactions where appropriate. A Business Consultant is responsible for managing the relationships with the advisers, supporting with sector/Vitality insights, consulting on business development strategies, and communicating effectively with stakeholders in the intermediary space. The role involves supporting financial advisers and business owners to fully comprehend the Vitality proposition for both Life and Private Health and to make recommendations to optimize business outcomes, and to support the use of the Vitality product suite when recommending to their clients. Each Business Consultant operates within a franchise network, with an allocated panel of advisers to partner alongside. The opportunity is an existing active panel of advisers around Birmingham and Gloucestershire. Qualifications and Skills An innate ability to foster and maintain business relationships at all levels over the long term pre-dominantly F2F Proven BDM or client sales experience a plus Strong Communication & presentation skills Demonstrable ability to think creatively and "find a way" to do business Resilience Ability to self motivate and a hunger to succeed Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively Experience in the insurance or financial industry is a plus Results-orientated and target driven What you can expect To be joining a positive successful team of motivated people. A basic salary between £25k-£30k depending on experience, plus uncapped bonus potential with OTE averaging around £50k. A contribution to a SHP.
