About the role:
This senior role involves leading fit-out projects for a boutique serviced office company. Responsibilities include managing multiple project scales, from concept to completion. You'll create schedules, CAD drawings, and confidently lead client meetings. Collaboration with external architects on building refurbishments, overseeing layouts, budgeting, and fit-out decisions is essential. You'll ensure timely project delivery, coordinating with contractors to meet design and quality standards. Researching materials, finishes, and furniture, producing cost schedules, and presenting design options are key. Regular site meetings and coordination both on and off-site are required to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of post-graduate experience in the workspace sector, working at a senior level. You must be skilled in producing accurate office layouts with a strong understanding of materials and boutique fit-outs, along with knowledge of UK Building Regulations. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite is essential. The role requires expertise in commercial furniture, fixtures, and finishes, as well as project costing and budgeting. You should possess strong technical, design, and communication skills, with the ability to lead projects from concept to completion independently or as part of a team.
