Group Finance / Payroll Assistant Leeds
To assist the Financial Director and Payroll Manager to ensure the smooth processing of Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger, and monthly payroll for four trading companies.
Assisting with payroll - timesheets, holiday tracking, processing of monthly payroll using Sage payroll
Processing Purchase Orders
Reconciling of Invoices
Assisting with Sales & Purchase Ledger, processing of invoices, statements etc.
Ad hoc reports/project work as necessary
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
Payroll processing experience ideally using Sage Payroll ·
Good organisational skills ·
Excellent attention to detail ·
Excellent communication skills ·
Ability to prioritise effectively ·
Excellent time management skills ·
Strong inter-personal skills · Able to work to deadlines
Excellent computer skills especially Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Sage
Experience of using Sage Payroll
Energy and enthusiasm ·
Able to demonstrate initiative and self-motivation ·
Conscientious and good attention to detail ·
Flexible, adaptable with a confident manner · Calm and reliable ·
Good team player
