They have already secured relationships with many top tier brands in their field.They are looking for a Business Analyst to work across all functions of their business, including sales, customer success, and engineering.As well as providing metrics for internal consumption, the role of the Data Analyst is to provide metrics and data visualization for key enterprise level customers, demonstrating tangible improvements through the use of their product.This is a vital role, and the Data Analyst will be expected to work with a high degree of autonomy, producing and communicating their findings to internal and external stakeholders at varying levels of knowledge, technology and data literacy.The Role: Extract, analyse and visualise key metrics to identify trends, patterns, and insightsVisualise data using common data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau etcCollaborate with the Customer Success Team to define requirements of our biggest enterprise clients for the analysis into the performance of our productsPerform ad-hoc data analysis and reporting to support strategic initiatives and business planningUse statistical methods and tools to solve business problems and provide data-driven recommendationsCommunicate findings and insights through effective data storytelling, visualizations, and presentations to both technical and non-technical audiencesEnsure data integrity and accuracy by performing data quality checks and validationStay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and business intelligenceThe Candidate: Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Excel, Python, or RExperience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platformsSolid understanding of statistical analysis and data mining techniquesExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analyticallyStrong communication skills with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholdersAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience with business intelligence platforms and toolsKnowledge of database management and data warehousing conceptsFamiliarity with machine learning concepts and toolsUnderstanding of project management principles and methodologies.Experience in industries such as construction, utilities or infrastructure is a plusThe Culture: We are a remote friendly organisation open to candidates from across the UK, but at least some time each month will be required in our Wales head office to foster relationships and collaboration.We can offer flexible hours around family or healthcare commitments as we our primarily outcome based.We encourage growth and learning at every opportunity with dedicated time for training and professional development, and funding and support available for training and education.Application Process: Please email me your CV to [email protected] along with a 150 word precis explaining why you enjoy using data visualisation to explain technical detail to laypeople.
