TITLE: Project Manager JOB REF: PV11183 EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent LOCATION: Leicester SALARY: £40,000 - £60,000, plus bonus HOURS: 40 hours per week, plus overtime BENEFITS: Performance based bonus, enhanced company pension. CAR PARKING: Yes JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is seeking an experienced Project Manager to provide end to end project management for their clients. This position is a fantastic opportunity for somebody who was worked in the industry and is wanting a new challenge with a successful business. This role will involve a lot of travel to client sites and require overnight stays. ROLE PROFILE: * End-to-end project management through to submitting final account for approval. * Deliver & maintain agreed project within technical and financial targets. * Produce site documentation including programme specification and PCI’s. * Prepare forecasts for management. * Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed. * Work with other PM’s and allocate staff resources accordingly. * Develop working relationships with potential clients. * Championing site health and safety. PERSON PROFILE: * 2 years’ work experience within a Project Management role. * MUST have shop fitting or joinery industry background. * Be able to bring client and trade contacts from previous roles. * Excellent communication skills and able to talk to people at all levels. * Motivated and with a positive “can-do” attitude. * Possess strong planning, time management and organisational skills. * A team player. * Proficient IT Skills; Word & Excel.
