Manager, Account Executive

As an Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of client accounts and ensure the smooth delivery of outsourced accounting services, including bookkeeping, management reporting, and credit control. Working closely with clients, you will use cutting-edge technology to streamline their financial processes and provide them with valuable business insights, whilst also overseeing and supporting trainees and account associates. Supervise and support Trainees and Account Associates in their tasks, ensuring all client needs are met. Client Management: Manage your client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely completion of financial reports. Reporting & Compliance: Prepare management accounts, VAT returns, and payment runs, ensuring deadlines are consistently met. Technology Use: Leverage cloud accounting software like Xero to drive efficiency and provide real-time financial insights. Continuously seek ways to improve services and streamline workflows for clients, enhancing profitability Qualifications: AAT qualification (essential). Experience with Xero or other cloud accounting platforms. Skills: Strong communication, multitasking, and time management abilities.
