Depending on your experience, you can join either the permanent or contract team, recruiting for the UK, EU (DACH, France, Scandinavian) and US markets. The organisation is a privately owned, multi-regional, life science recruitment business. USPs include a KPI free culture, a 30% commission scheme, strong career development platform. Responsibilities are end-to-end 360 recruitment, managing several recruitment projects at any given time. Including delivery, candidate engagement, account management and business development. Requirements to join are a proven track record in vertical market recruitment, preferably international life sciences or engineering that's covered life sciences. You'll need to demonstrate impressive billing figures, business wins and your desire to succeed and develop your recruitment career. A prerequisite for recruiters from other sectors, such as legal, finance, industrial, renewables is liaising directly at a senior client level, preferably Director / VP level (hiring manager).
