Educated Appointments are delighted to be supporting an Ofsted graded GOOD Training provider to hire an Apprenticeship Co-ordinator to join their team. A challenging role which combines office based administration tasks with apprenticeship administration and coordination, carrying high levels of responsibility. Main Purpose The associate will undertake assigned duties and responsibilities effectively and efficiently, ensuring that all actions are discharged within the regulatory and legislative requirements to which the company is subject and: * with full regard to the safeguarding, prevent agenda, equality and diversity, bullying and harassment and health, safety and wellbeing requirements * in the spirit of the vision and mission and strategic objectives * to achieve individual objectives assigned through the periodic planning and performance appraisal processes within approved expenses policy subject to policies and procedures. Responsibilities Office Based Administration Tasks * Telephone communications for incoming calls * General hospitality office role Specialised Tasks * Responsible for all apprenticeship based administration tasks * Undertaking compliance audits with regards to apprenticeships * Undertaking quality audits with regards to apprenticeships * Ensuring that learner exams are booked in a timely manner and accurately * Updating tutor caseloads * Learner attendance audits * Administration support for colleagues with regards to apprenticeships General * To ensure best value and performance in all activities undertaken * To attend all relevant meetings when requested * To attend all awarding body training and support sessions as requested * To participate in Company events such as open days and other activities concerned with the marketing and promotion of company. * To adhere to policies and contribute to policy making when appropriate * To promote a positive image of the Company * To liaise with external bodies as appropriate including customer organisations Training * The associate will be given reasonable training on internal systems as required to carry out the duties of the post. * It is the associate’s responsibility to have current and up to date qualifications as required by the Awarding Body, Ofsted, SFA and other regulatory agencies whose rules are applicable to the associate’s work.
