B1.3 Licensed Engineer

We are seeking B1.3 Licensed Aircraft Engineer to join our client based in Gloucester. This client has a 40 year heritage in the rotary field, and is already well known for maintaining Leonardo aircraft.Successful applicants will have at least one of the following UK CAA Part 66 License type ratings.AW109 and Bell 206Duties include but not limited to:Provide and communicate regular engineering reports to the Head of Maintenance/ Head of DepartmentCertify work within the scope of company authorisationsCarry out both line and base maintenance at any of the Client’s facilities, and also off-site upon customer demand.Undertake all tasks related to aircraft maintenanceWork with other Departments to ensure smooth operation of the businessClosely supervise other engineering and support staff as requiredEnsure compliance is maintained to industry requirements and authorities (such as the CAA; EASA etc.)Comply with all Continuing Professional Development requirements relevant to the relevant company policies and reporting authority.Effective management of all maintenance within your control.Computer literate on Microsoft based systemsBenefits31days annual leave including bank holidaysAdditional holiday between Boxing Day and New YearsUp to 5% employer pension contribution (online with current legislation)Employee funded private health scheme, option to include family membersIncome Protection CoverFurther training and development.Applicants will be asked to provide proof of recency and must be able to demonstrate the right to work in the UK.
