Employee Relations Specialist (French-speaking) The Opportunity: Reporting to the Head of International Employee Relations in the UK, this role will be responsible for managing all labour relations matters and employee relations (ER) cases in France and located in Stockley Park, Uxbridge (Candidates with excellent French-speaking skills required). You will be consulting on behalf of a global pharmaceutical leader in their field focusing on providing Employee Relations situational support, overseeing complex employee relations issues, performance management, workplace investigations and critical incident management for a number of European countries, in particular France. Role and Responsibilities: In this role, the successful candidate will serve as a subject matter expert on a broad range of ER issues (including performance management, internal investigations, disciplinary actions and terminations, severance, the redundancy and consultation process) for France and other European countries as and when required. Provide advice and support to employees, managers, leaders and HR colleagues as well as responding to and investigating complaints involving complex employment matters, working under the guidance and supervision of the senior Employee Relations management team, together with internal and external legal counsel. Skills and Experience: * CIPD qualified, with 3-5 years of commercial experience across Employee Relations * Experience of employment law through employee relations case handling in a fast moving, multi-site environments across both the UK and Europe, with a specific focus on France * Strong leadership/managerial experience and skills to work collaboratively lead and influence at all levels within the organisation, and make decisions while keeping all partners and leaders informed * Experience in an operational environment with the ability to be strategic and solution focussed, consistently exercising discretion and independent judgment in advising HR and business leaders on how to navigate sensitive ER issues in a fair, compliant and pragmatic manner Please call and speak with Edward here at ISR to learn more about this new opportunity working as an Employee Relations specialist?
