Our client is seeking a dynamic and highly organised CRM and Membership Administrator to play a vital role in supporting a range of activities within the Membership Team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilise your CRM expertise and organisational skills in a collaborative environment. What You'll Be Doing? Maintain and optimise the HubSpot CRM platform, ensuring high-quality data and efficient processes. Collaborate with team members and external agencies to implement CRM solutions and support troubleshooting. Create content for member communications, respond to queries, and assist with website updates. What Experience Youll Need to Apply? A minimum of 1 years experience in a CRM or Operations role. Proficiency in CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot, along with a solid understanding of sales processes.
