Performance Marketing Executive

Kinvr, has partnered with an established leader in high-end housewares design and innovation, that is seeking a Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimise their Google PPC Ads. You’ll work with their ecommerce and marketing teams to increase brand awareness, traffic, conversions, and revenue through paid advertising across the UK and Europe. Reporting into Website Manager, EMEA.This is a Hybrid Role with 3 Days based in the UK office in the Reading/Berkshire area.Key Responsibilities;Manage Google PPC ads in 6 countries, including branded and non-branded campaigns.Oversee Google Shopping Ads, ensuring product feeds are always up-to-date and optimized for conversions.Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.Manage advertising budgets to maximize ROI and grow our presence in new markets.Collaborate with the Web and Marketing teams to create effective ad copy and targeted messaging.Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends.Work closely with the Web, Sales, and Amazon teams to align advertising with sales goals.Your Skills and Experience:Bachelor’s degree (2:1 or higher) in marketing, business, or related field.Fluent in at least one European language (French, Spanish, Dutch, German, or Italian preferred).2+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on Google Ads.Knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., GA/GA4, Adobe, GTM).Understanding of digital marketing channels, algorithms, and attribution.Social media advertising experience (TikTok and Meta) is a plus.Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.Creative and innovative thinker.What’s In It For You?20 days annual leave plus your birthday and bank holidaysStakeholder pension schemeCareer development opportunitiesFlexible working optionsTime off/lieu credit systemFriends and family discount schemeFree on-site parkingWell-being program and counselling serviceOn-site gym and ping pong facilitiesMonthly staff lunches, free snacks, fruit, and beverages
