Conveyancing Fee Earner

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Residential Property Conveyancer / Solicitor to join a reputable law firm based in the Bridgend area. Benefits: Salary up to £45,000 Pension Scheme Health cash plan for workplace wellbeing Employee referral bonus Up to 33 days' annual leave Christmas ShutdownDuties and responsibilities: Managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to conclusion; including, sales & purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions. To process cases on a timely and cost-effective basis. Liaising directly with clients, estate agents and lenders. Developing professional relationships, both with clients and with other potential sources of work. Generating a fee income in line with agreed targets. To manage own work allocation, productivity and quality of work with minimum supervision.Skills and Experience: Hold a relevant qualification (i.e., solicitor, CILEx, CLC) or have experience of managing your own caseload. Recent practical experience of working in the legal profession. Proven track record in Conveyancing client case management and fee earning. Be organised and process driven. Be commercially astute, understanding the importance of business targets and their impact to the practice. Have a commitment to providing an excellent standard of client care. Be IT literate with experience of using a web-based case management system. Recent experience of handling client enquiries both face to face and by telephone.Apply Now
