The Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to be the go-to legal advisor to TGI Sport’s technology businesses and to provide strategic and operational legal support and advice across other aspects of TGI Sport’s activities, with a particular focus on operations within the UK, Europe and the Americas. Key focuses of the role will include providing best-in-class legal support to TGI Sport’s technology businesses, including leading on the drafting, negotiation and review of related commercial agreements. The successful candidate will also assist with the protection of the group’s intellectual property and playing a leading role in ensuring TGI Sport’s data protection and information security programmes reflect the group’s position as the go-to provider of sport technology products. Candidate Profile Our ideal candidate would be a qualified solicitor with circa 4-8 years’ PQE and high quality legal training gained from a reputable commercial contracts/TMT department (or similar).
