Global Head of Digital - Luxury BrandWe have been retained by a world renowned Luxury FMCG brand who are looking for a Head of Digital to join their innovative marketing team and drive all ecommerce initiatives, ensuring continued growth.Reporting to the CEO and the MD, the successful Head of Digital will be responsible for defining and leading strategies across all Digital touchpoints including online marketing, SEO, PPC, CRO, digital, CRM and will have full P&L responsibility.Candidates will be provided with a full job description upon successful application.Key Responsibilities:The successful Head of Digital will:Be responsible for developing overall web strategy in line with brand objectivesTranslate brand objectives and define effective digital marketing strategy across online trading, eCommerce, CRO, Performance, CRM, SEO, PPC, Email, Mobile and DisplayDevelop and implement multi-channel trading, working closely with other business teamsBe a key representative for all eCommerce within senior management teamLead a team of digital specialists to drive online acquisition, conversion and growthEducation:Degree educated and ideally from a consumer/FMCG/luxury background with 10+ years strategic/technical experience from a Global / large brandMBA a bonusSkills:Excellent eCommerce experience with a wide knowledge of best practice in driving online sales of a Luxury brandPrior track record managing full P&L, budgeting, reporting and forecastingProven background operating within an international multi-channel environmentAn analytical eye, able to measure site performance and identify improvementsA proactive and innovative approach to idea generation and implementationExperience developing a teamHighly numerate with ability to analyse markets, spot trends and implement marketing initiatives accordinglyDigital Trading mentality a must with a real commercially focussed mind
