Private Client Solicitor

Our Client offer a comprehensive benefits package along with an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious team who deliver high-quality legal services and provide themselves on building string Client relationships. We are supporting the Client in seeking and recruiting an experienced Private Client Solicitor for a permanent position. The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of Private Client matters and will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of the Client’s firm. Those who apply will be required to Key Role Responsibilities: * Manage a diverse caseload of Private Client Matters, including (but not limited to) Will, Probate applications, estate administration, lasting powers of attorney, trust administration and inheritance tax planning * Provide expert legal advice to Clients, ensuring a high level of client care and satisfaction * Handle complex private client cases and demonstrate proficiency ion a broad spectrum of private client work * Maintain accurate and up-to-date car records, complying with the firm’s policies and procedures * Attend client meetings, court hearings and other appointments as required * Collaborate with colleagues across various offices to share knowledge and expertise Person requirements: * Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE in Private Client Law * Extensive experience in all aspects of private client work, demonstrating a broad skill set * Strong client-focused approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to the overall success of the firm * High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills * Ambitious and proactive with a commitment to continuous professional development We are looking for dedicated and experienced Private Client Solicitors who are looking for a new challenge within a dynamic and growing firm "Orchard Professional Solutions Ltd are an equal opportunity employer.
