Boston Hale is currently recruiting for an experienced and proactive Finance Manager to join a Charity based in Central London. The working hours are 28 hours per week with 2 days in the office. Key Responsibilities: Responsibility of the finance function with line management of 1 Finance Officer Develop and oversee procedures for accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and banking allocations to ensure transactions are accurate and timely. Lead and manage the year-end and month-end close process Ensure timely and accurate completion of all tax returns and maintain effective processes for tax accounting Support the CFO with the annual budgeting processEssential Qualifications: CCAB qualified accountant with proven experience in leading and developing teams. Strong knowledge of transaction management, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll and banking Experience in managing VAT and other statutory returnsSkills and Experience: Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
